Delivery Info:

 

We send all of our UK Mainland deliveries (excluding Highlands and Islands) by DPD so they are usually on a next day service with tracking information provided.

Standard Delivery:

Free (Please note: For UK Mainland deliveries (excluding highlands, islands and Northern Ireland) will send via DPD, for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland we will send via Royal Mail on Monday, Wednesday and Friday on an economy service. 

 

Overseas Delivery:

Unable to ship overseas.

 

 

Standard Delivery:

Our standard UK mainland (excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland delivery is a DPD Next Day delivery service. Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland orders will be sent via Royal Mail on Monday, Wednesday and Friday on an economy service.

Please note, we cannot be liable for the delivery if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery.

If you would like us to re-send the parcel, additional shipping must be paid at £6.50 per parcel.

1. Our Commitment To Privacy​

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage (in the footer links section) and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

2. The Information We Collect & How

When you create an account with us, we will collect your contact information, email address, phone number if inputted and also your billing/shipping address. We store this information on our secure server, Memberspace which hosts our membership area and is GDPR compliant.

We will also collect your email address if the tick box “Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers” is selected at the checkout. If selected, we will store your email address only on our email marketing campaign software and will be used for marketing purposes only. We will never share this information with any third-party organisation.

 

3. The Information We do not Collect

When you enter your credit card details onto our secure website, we encrypt your card details and send it to our card processing company (Stripe), we will never actually store your card details, they are simply encrypted and sent to the card processor.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself or others, when shipping to an alternative address when placing an order to complete that order and to send notifications regarding the status and progress of the order. This information is then stored, as mentioned in the previous section, on Memberspace, to enable you to log in, to easily place orders without entering all the contact details again.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our emails as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. In short – unless you select for us to use your email for marketing purposes, we won’t use it.

5. Who it will be Shared With

We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online with any other third-party organisation, unless given the opportunity to sign up to another companies email list whilst for example entering a competition, or unless it is to provide a better service for you, such as sharing your preferred contact details with a courier to notify you on expected delivery times. You will need to give a separate approval of this in the process of submitting your details.

6. Marketing

There are three ways to sign up to our email marketing, either by submitting your data via the pop-up when you initially visit the store, filling out the form at the bottom of our website to sign up to our newsletters, or at the checkout, if “Keep me up to date on news and exclusive offers” is selected. You will have access to this information at every point of sign up.

7. How Long Will My Data be Stored?

If you make a purchase from us, under UK tax law we must keep a record of basic sales information for 6 years minimum. In regard to email marketing, we will keep your email until you choose to Opt-Out will be effective immediately.

8. Our Commitment To Data Security

We comply to all the stringent data security standards set by our card processing provider (Stripe) and with the General Data Protection Regulations and commit to updating our terms and policy information in line with all new regulations.

9. Our Commitment To Children's Privacy

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information on our website from those we know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

If you would like a report on what information we store, please do get in touch and allow one calendar month for us to return this information to you. If you would like to delete your information, please contact us to remove your customer details from our online store. OR to remove your email from receiving online marketing, please select “unsubscribe” which is available at the bottom of all of our marketing emails to opt-out at any time.

Subscription Policy

 

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These will be four boxes over the period of one year.

 

Payment is taken in advance for the whole year when you sign up and you will not be charged again throughout the year.

 

Our subscriptions do not renew automatically, you will need to purchase another subscription to continue receiving boxes after the first year.

If you have cause for complaint, this must be received within 14 days after despatch.

 

We aim to respond to customer service matters within two working days and resolve all complaints within three working days. Calls may be monitored for training purposes and to maintain our high level of quality service.

 

In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may also cancel your order at any time without reason, within 14 working days of delivery. Should you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must confirm this in writing within 14 working days of receipt and return the packaged item to us at the address given above.

 

The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in as new condition. You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to us. We cannot issue a refund until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any goods to us.
